The Call for Abstracts opened for the Intermountain Section AWWA's 2019 Annual Conference on January 13, 2020.  The conference will be held at the Dixie Center in Saint George, Utah, October 21st to 23rd

The schedule for submission of abstracts and acceptance are:

• Call for Papers Open - January 13, 2020
• Abstract Submission Deadline - April 18, 2020
• Acceptance of Abstracts - May 31, 2020

Abstract applications must be submitted through the Section's online system and contain all requested information.

Before beginning online abstract submittal please have the following items available for input:

1.  Presentation Title

2.  Presenter's Name and contact information including email address

3.  Presenter's Affiliation (Organization) and Title

4.  Presenter's Bio (100 words or less)

5.  Presentation Abstract (200 Words or less)

6.  Co-presenter's Name and Contact information including email address (optional)

Please Note:

• Presenters will be required to register and pay for the conference by August 1, 2019. Failure to do so will result in the presentation being canceled.
• Separate Abstract forms must be submitted for each proposed presentation. Multiple presentations must not be submitted on a single form.
• By submitting this Abstract the presenter agrees that he/she will provide a substitute presenter in the event they (for emergency reasons) are not able to attend the conference.
• Presenters will be allowed approximately 30 minutes for their presentation.  Please plan to include 5 minutes for Q&A at the end of your presentation
