The Management Series was developed to help even the most experienced managers to influence those around them successfully. The 5 keys to becoming a true influencer will be covered in a way that will fine tune and enhance the skills needed to be a leader in an ever-changing industry. Through a 5-part series of interactive trainings from top experts and industry leaders, each participant will walk away with the keys to being an integral part of a dynamic team and to become a true influencer in their organization.

Each of these one hour-long intensive, virtual educational training sessions will be held one day every month starting in February and going through June. Whether you are looking to hone your own talents or plan to have your co-workers experience this training with you together as a team, you will be empowered with the knowledge to start making changes and begin to truly influence others successfully.

All sessions for 2021 will be held virtually.  Meeting invitations will be sent via email. In lieu of the Leadership Forum this year, we have created this training to take the skills of Leadership Forum graduates from the past as well as newcomers to the next level.
