August 8: Happiness 101:Frank Clayton is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, specializing in Positive Psychology. He has also talked about the topic of happiness at such prestigious institutions as Salt Lake Behavioral Health, National Alliance on Mental Illness-Utah, Brigham Young University and The University of Utah.  He has also taught fellow professionals continuing education units in the area of Positive Psychology. Frank has learned directly from some of the giants in the arena of Positive Psychology and offered those scientifically-proven methods free of charge to the public for over four years via his class, Happiness 101. Determined to help at-risk populations in the rural areas of Utah, Frank has also brought the class to the internet, teaching Utahns specific techniques to raise hope and lower depression and rates of suicide. Frank is currently in private practice, working with individuals, couples, families and groups targeted specifically at lowering depression and raising levels
of happiness.
