The strength of each member is the team." --Phil Jackson Building a Team is an ongoing process especially in a volunteer based organization like the Intermountain Section. This Council and Committee Retreat will focus on developing a strategy and plan for the Intermountain Section Team. We will start at the beginning by diagnosing the team's needs and then on to planning for Team activities. Four Major Areas will be explored over two hours: 1. Focusing on our Members 2. Team Direction 3. Finding ways to Understand and Support each other 4. Accountability
